Your day begins in a luxury 8-seat minivan — not a 16-seater coach, not a public shuttle. The maximum of 8 guests is non-negotiable. You know everyone in the van. You can actually hear your guide. You stop when you want photographs.
After the land section, you board a premium boat at Agios Nikolaos harbour for 2.5 hours on the Ionian — with open swimming stops at the most iconic spots in Greece.
Itinerary
Your morning begins at Bochali, the hilltop above Zakynthos Town. Panoramic views stretch across the harbour to the Ionian Sea and, on clear days, as far as the Peloponnese. Coffee stop with a view before heading north.

From Bochali, your minivan takes you directly to Agios Nikolaos harbour on the north coast. Here you board a premium boat for the north coast route: Navagio, White Beach, Blue Caves.
Two and a half hours on the water, with swimming stops and plenty of time for photos at the most iconic spots in Greece.
Note: Landing on Navagio Beach has been prohibited since 2022 due to rockfall risk. The boat anchors in the bay for photography and swimming from the vessel.

On the return journey from Agios Nikolaos, your tour makes a final stop at Xigia Beach — a hidden cove where natural sulphurous springs rise through the seabed just offshore. The water here is warm, mineral-rich, and unlike anywhere else on the island.

Why This Tour
A private minivan charter from Kalamaki to Navagio costs €350–€450 minimum. Add a private boat and you're at €700–€800 or more for two people. The Land & Sea Tour at €80 per person gives you the same islands, the same stops, and the same level of attention — because the group is genuinely small.
Most combo tours in Zakynthos run 16 to 24 people in a coach. That is a different product. This is 8 seats, maximum. For 3 or 4 people travelling together, this is the most efficient, highest-quality day on the island at any price point.
Questions
The Land & Sea Tour runs approximately 9 hours in total. Departure is at 09:00 from our office in Kalamaki. You return at approximately 18:00. The morning land section takes around 2 hours. The boat trip from Agios Nikolaos covers 2.5 hours on the water, plus boarding and disembarkation time.
Yes, completely. The luxury 8-seat minivan seats exactly 8 guests. We do not add seats, we do not operate a second vehicle on the same itinerary, and we do not increase capacity on busy days. If 8 seats are sold, the tour is full. Book early, especially in July and August.
Yes. The €80 per person price includes both the minivan tour and the 2.5-hour boat trip to Navagio, White Beach and Blue Caves. There are no hidden extras. Note: landing on Navagio Beach has been prohibited since 2022 — the boat enters the bay for photography and swimming from the vessel.
Yes. Hotel pickup is available from Laganas, Kalamaki, Tsilivi, Argasi, and Zakynthos Town at +€10 per person. Simply mention your hotel when booking and we will coordinate pickup timing.
Yes — this is one of our most family-friendly experiences. The minivan is air-conditioned and comfortable for all ages. The boat departs from a calm, sheltered harbour. We regularly take families with children from age 4 upwards. Life jackets are available in all sizes on board. If your child has specific needs, let us know when booking.

All tours depart from our office, opposite Zakynthos Airport in Kalamaki.
